RIOS is led and supported by experienced industry and innovation experts. The Founding team of RIOS combines multi-decade private and public sector executive experience in development, real estate and technology.
We are passionate about tackling the problems that exist in the development space and creating a suite of innovative products for our industry.
RIOS was founded in partnership with R-LABS and Teranet as two groups with unique capabilities within the development space. Both R-LABS and Teranet are committed to delivering innovative solutions into the real estate sector that solve major problems and create efficiency for all stakeholders in the industry.
Our Team
Antoni Wisniowski
Founder and CEO
He is the former President and CAO, and President of International Business Development for the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation, one of the largest and foremost property valuation agencies in the world. He has held senior management positions with Teranet and the City of Toronto. Most recently, he has operated as the principal consultant of Stockbridge Innovation applying his passion for innovation in the proptech and fintech sectors.
Antoni holds Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Information Science degrees from the University of Toronto.
Joe Vaccaro
Founder and President
Joe is a celebrated and trusted voice in the residential construction industry. With over 15 years in the sector, he has been front and centre of game-changing ideas that have left a lasting impact on housing in Ontario and Canada.
He is the former CEO of the Ontario Home Builders’ Association and former Vice President of Policy and Government Relations at the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD. He also served as a senior advisor and assistant to the Minister of Economic Development and Trade, Chair of Management Board, and the Minister of Government Services for the province of Ontario.
Joe holds Bachelor degree in Political Science and Philosophy from York University.
Pauline Lovegrove
Product Lead
Pauline Lovegrove is a dynamic business leader focused on analyzing and implementing effective solutions to complex business problems. Fuelled by her passion for learning, Pauline’s expertise in business analysis and project management has helped organizations in banking, investment, and capital markets reach their strategic goals.
At RIOS, Pauline is responsible for leading diverse and collaborative product teams to create innovative technology solutions. Pauline is enthusiastic about creating a platform that improves efficiency and transparency in real estate development.
Pauline is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a Master of Business Administration from Athabasca University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from University of Toronto.
Kent Trinh
Senior Business Analyst
Kent Trinh is a Registered Real Estate Salesperson with the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board, and has 15+ years’ experience in sales, new development, leasing, and commercial space. A proud co-founder of Zoom Property Management Ltd. and a seasoned Senior Business Analyst, Kent has an entrepreneurial spirit and extensive experience developing business processes and systems in the financial sector.
In his role with RIOS, Kent will be leveraging his industry knowledge and business acumen to analyze industry challenges, define product requirements, and support new technologies that will improve efficiency and transparency in real estate development.

Paul is the former Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of Empire Communities, one of North America’s largest and most trusted integrated master-planned community homebuilders. He has also served as Chair of the Board for Tarion Corporation, the Provincial Regulatory and Warranty Program. He currently sits on the Toronto Region Board of Trade, Board of Directors.

Elgin Farewell is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Teranet Inc. Elgin joined Teranet in 1997, and has held a number of leadership roles with the company before becoming CEO in 2013.
